1. Please read the FULL LISTING DESCRIPTION and see ALL PHOTOS before purchasing.

2. Select the Item and Size you need from the drop-down menu and ADD to CART.

3. Leave us a "note to seller" with the Name, Initials, and Color Choice during the payment/checkout process. OR send us a message after purchase with the details.

4. A Proof image will be sent to your Etsy Convo Box and/or Email for your approval in about 3-5 business days.

6. Please reply quickly with your approval to print so that your order is not delayed. 😊

COLOR CHANGES

Yes! Please see the color chart provided in the listing photos.

All of our listings are custom made. During Checkout add a “Note to Seller” with the colors you prefer from our chart. We will send a proof to approve with every purchase!

*All viewing device and monitor color settings vary! Final printed colors may not be an EXACT match to your screen.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For Fleece Blankets and Towels:

Machine Wash Separately on Cold, Gentle Cycle, Tumble Dry on Low Heat. Do not use Bleach or Dry Clean.

Jersey Knit Items- hand wash separate, hang dry.

PROOF BEFORE PURCHASE

We are sorry, but we do NOT send proofs *before* purchase. These are custom designs that do take time.

You will receive a proof to approve in about 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. You will have a chance to approve the proof image and make minor adjustments before we print it.

PROOF IMAGES

The design "Proof Image" will be sent in about 3-5 Business days *AFTER* you purchase. It will be sent to the Etsy Convo and/or Email address associated with your order.

• Your proof image will be based on the main listing photo of the item you purchased and your "note to seller".

🔥PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR APPROVAL TO PRINT! 🔥

•If no response after 48 hours, a “Proof Reminder" message will be sent to make sure you received the proof image.

•If no response after 48 hours to the “Proof Reminder” message, your item will be sent to print "as is", but this will delay the production time. Your “Ship By” Date will be adjusted to allow for adequate printing and processing time.

PROCESSING TIME

Please see our SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT section for our current up-to-date processing times.

Production times begin *AFTER* you approve your proof image AND may vary depending on the item and material you have purchased.

*Business Days are Mon-Fri and we are closed for printing and processing on all major US public holidays.

SHIPPING

•We ship via USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS with tracking.

•You will receive a tracking number once your item is ready to ship.

•Our FREE STANDARD shipping is currently 7-14 business days after processing is complete.

•UPGRADED Priority Mail Shipping is currently 3-5 business days after processing is complete.

•We do NOT guarantee any exact delivery dates.

•We are NOT responsible for shipping delays.

•Once the item has been shipped and picked up by the postal carrier, it is out of our hands. Please check the postal carrier website for more up-to-date details.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will ship your item to the address provided during checkout.

Please let us know ASAP if the address needs to be changed. You may be asked to submit a new order with the correct information.

If we are able, we will change the address on the actual shipping LABEL, but your shipping notification from Etsy will still have the old address you entered during checkout, we can not change this part.

⭐️We are NOT responsible for packages returned to us because an incorrect address was provided during checkout. An additional reshipping fee will need to be paid in order to reship the item to a new or corrected address.

ARTIST FEES

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELATIONS AFTER A PROOF HAS BEEN SENT. A minimum $15 artist fee will apply.

If requested for additional proofs, the Artist fee must be paid prior to receiving an additional proof. The $ amount will be based on the type of request.

• If you request a major design change or pattern change after the first proof has been sent, a "Pattern Change" fee will apply.

• If excessive proofs are needed (more than 3, due to customer request) to finalize your purchase, an artist fee will need to be paid for the extra design time.

• Multiple edits to your proof will delay the production process. We will do our best to make all changes within 24 hours of your request and/or additional payment received.

We will do our best to reply to every message within 24 hours, Mon-Fri. We are closed for processing and shipping on all weekends and major US Holidays.
